We’re excited to be Gold Sponsors of Ringwood Carnival again on 21st September 2024. At Oak Mount Care Home, we prioritize supporting our local community. Having lived in Ringwood all my life, I know how important the carnival is to everyone here. We’re happy to contribute and look forward to seeing you there!
Privately And Social Services Funded Residents
All residents are assessed before moving in to ensure their needs can be met. Residents with over £23,250 in assets must fund their own care until their assets fall below this level. If they own property but lack sufficient cash, the Local Authority (LA) may provide temporary funding through a 12-week property disregard or a deferred payment agreement. Once funds drop below £23,250, the LA should take over funding. For those with less than £23,250 in assets who meet the LA’s criteria, the LA will fund their care, minus a client contribution.
Violet Waterman’s 100th Birthday at Oak Mount Care
Violet, who has lived at Oak Mount Care Home for over 7 years, she had two parties in the home with Champagne and nibbles with the family on Saturday, including her loving son Tony.
